Computer configuration and Internet
When charts or analysis tools are shown on a website, entire data processing happens on brokers' or hosts' servers. When charts are displayed in Excel, processing happens on users' computers. We test all Excel models on computers with standard configuration & internet speed. Some products, specially live excel models can prove heavy on computers with lower configuration. All products on standalone basis should work efficiently with standard computer configurations and good internet speed. As of now, Excel products work on MS Windows based computers/ laptops.
Live models use current data from trading terminal's market watch. For functioning of those excel models, users need to make sure they have such data available, which can be accessed by MS Excel. Uninterrupted flow of data is required for smooth and accurate display of charts. If internet gets disconnected or computer terminal freezes or any disruption in functioning of MS Excel, then data for that period can not be captured. Thus, user should ignore charts or analysis during such period.
Each Excel model is tied to user's computer, as per computer information provided by user, post purchase. Excel models are supposed to work only on that chosen computer/s.
Product upgrades
We shall provide products with listed features, after payment is received by us. In any future date, whether to provide any improved versions of those products to earlier clients or not, is our (Product developers) sole prerogative. It needs to be understood, these products do not have warranties of any kind. Products are designed to work with prevalent technology and software versions. However, we can not assure products' functioning, if there are changes in data sources or trading platforms or MS Excel versions, or in any other situations beyond our control.
